Technical Services Team

QSG Technical Services team provides maintenance, electrical & mechanical installations, testing and support services, instrumentation and field calibration services to our customers. Our team is built of prior pharmaceutical, manufacturing and biotechnology field instrumentation technicians & engineers with vast experience in these industries. We can provide our own standards and procedures or if our customer requires it, we follow their guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.

Our Technical Services includes but are not limited to:

*Installation, repairs, maintenance, testing & support, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Building Control Systems.

*Installation, repairs, maintenance, testing & support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Electric, Electronic, and Refrigeration Equipments as USP, HVAC, Electrical Substations, Compressed Air, Cooling Towers, Chillers, among others.

*Electrical installations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of packaging, warehouse, distribution, equipment and control systems.

*Mechanical Installations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of packaging, warehouse, distribution, and all automation equipment and control systems mechanical components.

*Installation of new equipment, re-layout/upgrade, relocation of equipment.

*Calibration of Control Systems and Instrumentation.

*Coordination & Supervision of Technical Services projects and activities.

*Fine tuning for enhanced performance.
